Fuya Thermoforming Plastic Film is made for food packaging lines that need forming bottom webs and matching non-forming top webs. The film helps create a smooth package shape, clear product display and secure seal, so the finished pack looks clean and feels dependable in storage and transport.
Different products need different film behavior. Some packs need deeper forming and stronger corner protection. Some need higher transparency for shelf display. Others need oxygen barrier, heat resistance or stronger sealing performance. Fuya adjusts the structure according to the package design and packaging method.
The film can be customized with PA, PE, PP, EVOH or other suitable layers for vacuum, MAP, retort or chilled food applications. Thickness, width, transparency, color, printing and barrier level can be made according to the product and equipment.
