Printed Laminated Non-Forming Film for Thermoforming Food Packaging

Fuya Laminated Top Film is used as the non-forming web in thermoforming food packaging. It seals to the formed bottom web and gives the finished pack a clean top surface, clear printing area and reliable protective layer for product display, storage and transport.
A good top film should run smoothly on the machine, seal evenly across the flange and keep the printed or transparent surface looking professional after packing. Depending on the application, the laminated structure can support oxygen barrier, moisture protection, puncture resistance and a balanced opening feel.
This film can be matched with PA/PE, PP, EVOH or other forming bottom webs for meat, seafood, cheese, ready meals and processed food packs. Printing, transparency, color, width, thickness, sealing layer and barrier level can be customized according to your pack design and equipment.
