The preparation process of skin packaging films can achieve continuous production with a thickness of 0.15-0.30 mm, and the surface friction coefficient is controlled within the range of 0.18-0.25. Furthermore, in a method for preparing a polyethylene skin packaging film, the film consists of a base film layer, an adhesive layer, and a protective film layer from the inside out. The base film layer is made of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and low-density polyethylene; the adhesive layer is made of maleic anhydride-grafted polyethylene; and the protective film layer is made of modified polyethylene. In preparing the wear-resistant additive, glass microspheres are treated with coupling agent KH560 to enrich their surface with amino groups. Then, the electrostatic interaction between the NH2 on the surface of the aminated glass microspheres and the COOH on the surface of graphene oxide is utilized to form a coating layer of graphene oxide on the surface of nano-alumina, forming core-shell particles, thus obtaining a wear-resistant additive with excellent wear resistance.
