Describe
Deep drawing stretches the film most at corners, edges and the bottom of the cavity. If the structure is not suited to the forming depth, the package can thin unevenly, lose barrier performance or become vulnerable to puncture and seal failure.
FUYA EVOH high barrier thermoforming film combines an EVOH oxygen barrier with layers selected for forming behavior, puncture resistance and sealing. The structure can be adjusted for meat, seafood, cheese, ready meals and other products packed on automatic thermoforming lines.

Deep-draw performance must be judged at the thinnest formed areas, not only on the flat roll. Provide the cavity geometry, forming depth and machine conditions so the EVOH structure can be evaluated for barrier retention, corner strength and sealing after forming.
