Fuya Transparent EVOH Thermoforming Film is made for packages that must show the product clearly while adding oxygen-barrier protection. The clear surface lets customers see the color and texture of the food, while EVOH helps protect products that are sensitive to oxygen.
The film can be supplied as matching top and bottom webs for thermoforming packaging. The bottom web forms the cavity with stable corners and a smooth appearance. The top web seals to the formed pack and completes a clean, transparent package for shelf display.
Material structure, barrier level, sealing layer, thickness, width, transparency, color and printing can be customized according to product type, shelf-life target, forming depth, packing method and packaging machine. Fuya can adjust the solution for vacuum, MAP or other thermoforming applications.
