Anti Fog Film for Food Packaging

FUYA's high-barrier eleven-layer cast co-extruded EVOH anti-fog film uses EVOH as the intermediate barrier layer to achieve superior oxygen and nitrogen barrier performance. Nylon is used as the water vapor barrier layer to prevent water vapor from condensing on the film surface and affecting transparency. This functional film prevents water vapor from evaporating and forming fog on the film surface under high and low temperature changes. The anti-fog film maintains high transparency, excellent shelf life and display properties, and maintains high strength, without affecting transportation, storage, or use.

It provides strong visibility for food packaging, significantly improves water and fog resistance and freshness preservation, and is suitable for refrigerated packaged foods requiring clear visibility, effectively extending shelf life. Custom-made easy-tear lids with varying tear strengths can be provided according to customer requirements and food packaging types, ensuring a smooth and easy opening process for consumers. It can also be laminated with environmentally friendly, pollution-free food-grade color-printed films and inks such as PET, PA, and CPP. It is widely used in fresh food shallow tray lids or inflatable fresh food packaging.
