Vacuum retort pouch is a heavy-duty, flexible food package made of multi-layered plastic and metal foil. It is designed to be vacuum-sealed and withstand high-heat sterilization (up to 121°C) in an autoclave, acting as a lightweight, flexible alternative to traditional metal cans and glass jars.
